We are passionate about providing a first class service to all clients. Whether you are a first time buyer or an experienced Buy to Let landlord, we offer the same service to every client.
We know that some advisers don’t charge a fee at all, but in our experience this means they are trying to help twice as many clients as we think is sensible. This can mean service suffers and often the complex cases fall by the wayside. Our fee guarantees we can give every single case the time and expertise it deserves.
We charge a flat fee of £500 to all clients, regardless of the circumstances or complexity of your enquiry. We believe charging the same fee and offering the same expert service to all clients means we are treating all clients fairly. So if you have impaired credit and you’re not sure if you can get a mortgage, or you may have a complex income structure, we won’t charge you anything over the flat fee of £500.
